When fed correctly based on your dog or cat’s weight, Schesir Wild Fish Oil provides approximately 50-300 milligrams of linoleic acid, the essential omega-6 fatty acid. On the one hand, linoleic acid is essential for your pet because it cannot be produced by your pet’s metabolism; on the other hand, large amounts of unbalanced omega-6 fatty acids have been shown to cause a higher risk of inflammatory disorders, arthritis, joint stiffness, and a weak immune system. The most rapidly metabolizable omega-3s come from cold-water fish such as salmon.
Numerous tests have shown that the oil extracted from wild salmon and cod caught in Alaskan waters has a very high Omega 3/6 ratio (9-10), three times higher than oils obtained from farmed salmon. This ratio is like a fingerprint, which unequivocally reveals the origin of any salmon oil, including those sold as "wild", but actually come from farmed salmon.
Schesir Fish Oil is produced in factories that also produce food suitable for human consumption and use all parts of the fish (including the head and tail). This choice allows us to avoid using farmed salmon and cod and to respect our precious marine resources, ensuring the best possible quality , since fish caught in nature is richer in Omega 3 and its fishing is more respectful of the environment.
In the production of Schesir Fish Oil, to obtain the same results as wild salmon oil, 40% more fish is used than captive-bred salmon, resulting in a 40% increase in calories. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 4 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 21 if less than 249 dhs and AED 10.5 if above 249 dhs.
