Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 4 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 21 if less than 249 dhs and AED 10.5 if above 249 dhs.
Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
At the time of checkout disclose to the cardholder the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
